PERSONAL FITNESS DAY/ WORKOUT WEDNESDAY
This worksheet is attached to the students' "Workout Wednesday" tracking sheet where they keep track of their personal fitness activities each week. It helps remind them of the appropriate guidelines for a safe, effective, and appropriate workout. The students may choose which specific activity the do for the given segments (warm-up, activity, and cool down), but it must fall within these heart rate and time guidelines.
PERSONAL FITNESS PLAN
As a Health and Physical Education Teacher and Lifelong Fitness advocate, my ultimate goal is to help as many people as I can reach a state of Health and Wellness. Rather than giving you a fitness plan to follow and “making” you complete certain activities, I have created this Personalized Fitness Plan to serve as a guide for individuals to learn and understand the concepts behind creating a Fitness Plan and Routine... A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MRS. HERANIC FOR HER HELP WITH EDITING THIS FINAL DRAFT!!!
